Supervision and Reflective Practice
For psychologists and health practitioners, professional growth starts with meaningful supervision and reflective practice. At The Foundry, we offer:
Clinical supervision for psychologists: Tailored support for registrars and endorsed psychologists, designed to build skills, confidence, and insight.
Reflective practice for health professionals: A supportive space to explore your clinical work, refine your approach, and maintain well-being in demanding roles.
Our supervision goes beyond ticking boxes. We focus on fostering resilience, critical thinking, and a deeper connection to your professional values, helping you thrive in your career.
For further information about supervision, supervisor training and continuing professional development for Australian psychologists, see Psychology Board of Australia - Guidelines and policies.
