In accordance with standard practice and Medicare requirements, where you have been referred by your GP or psychiatrist, we are required to provide brief written update on your progress, following your first, sixth, and tenth sessions.
We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except when required by law, to prevent a serious threat to life or health, or to fulfill our professional duties. Where we believe there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of someone else, we are ethically bound to take steps address that, and this usually means involving other people.
If you are receiving services via telehealth, we use secure platforms to safeguard your confidentiality.
Storage and Security of Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss. This includes:
Securely storing physical records in locked facilities.

Restricting access to authorised personnel only.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure servers.
The Foundry’s secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.
